The Certified Quant Engineer (CQE) program is built for serious students who want to become builders of quantitative systems. Access begins with a direct conversation so both sides can confirm readiness, expectations, and whether the program is the right fit.

Approved students receive member access after the onboarding conversation and payment arrangement are complete. This keeps the program personal, selective, and aligned with the work each student is trying to do.

Each onboarding and phase interview is a private, one-to-one video meeting, typically held through Google Meet. This keeps the process direct and personal. Students can reflect, ask questions about their own work, and receive individualized educational feedback while the instructor verifies understanding and progress directly.

The program is designed for people who already have technical ability and want to become stronger builders of quantitative financial systems. It is not a stock-picking newsletter, a trading signal service, or a generic programming bootcamp.

A good first note says who you are, what you build now, what market experience you have, and what you want the program to help you become. The conversation is part of the process: it helps you decide whether the material fits your goals, and it helps Quant Institute decide whether the program can support you responsibly.

When the short Before You Decide video is published, the appointment acknowledgment will include it so you can review the same expectations before the meeting and arrive with questions specific to your situation.

1. Introduce yourself

Send a short note about your technical background, market experience, goals, and available study rhythm.

2. Fit conversation

Meet one on one, usually by Google Meet, to discuss readiness, expectations, workload, support, and whether the course matches what you want to become.

3. Approval and payment

If the fit is right, payment is handled directly and the student is approved for member access.

4. Member onboarding

The student receives the starting path, access instructions, submission expectations, and the review rhythm for phase work.
