Scope

This draft describes the intended treatment of information collected through Quant Institute’s public website and member platform. It must be completed with the final service providers, legal entity, jurisdiction, retention periods, and request procedures before production publication.

Information we expect to collect

• Contact and onboarding information you provide.
• Administrator-created account identity, membership status, and access records.
• Security and session information needed to protect the service.
• Course progress, submissions, feedback, and review records.
• Support questions and, if enabled with disclosure, bounded AI-assistant interactions.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate fit, administer access, deliver education, review work, provide support, maintain security, improve approved curriculum material, and meet operational or legal obligations. Quant Institute does not intend to sell personal information.

Access and sharing

Access should be limited by role. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate hosting, authentication, email, storage, monitoring, and approved AI features. Instructor-only material and one student’s work must not be disclosed to another student.

Retention and deletion

Final retention periods will be published before launch. Account, assessment, certificate, security, audit, support, and AI-conversation records may require different schedules. Requests for access, correction, or deletion will follow the published contact and applicable law.

Security

Planned controls include individual privileged accounts, multifactor authentication where supported, server-side authorization, least privilege, audit records, protected media, backups, restore testing, and incident procedures. No system can promise absolute security.
